Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Lead Polish ("we", "us", "our") provides an AI-powered lead enrichment service. You upload a spreadsheet of business leads and receive an enriched version with personalized outreach content generated by artificial intelligence.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using Lead Polish you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account and Access

Lead Polish does not require account registration. You provide an email address with each order so we can deliver your results. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and for the security of any download links you receive.

4. Payment

Each file upload is a one-time purchase processed through Stripe. The price is displayed before checkout. All payments are in US dollars. By completing a purchase you authorize us to charge the amount shown via your selected payment method.

5. Refunds

If we fail to deliver a usable enriched file due to a service error, you may request a full refund by emailing support@leadpolish.com within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are not available for dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality, as output varies by input data.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload files containing illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content.
• Use the service to facilitate spam or unsolicited bulk messaging in violation of applicable laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the service.
• Exceed posted file-size or row limits through technical manipulation.

7. Data and Privacy

We process your uploaded data solely to deliver enriched results. Uploaded files and output files are deleted 7 days after processing. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the data you upload. The AI-generated content in your enriched file is provided for your use without restriction. All other aspects of the Lead Polish service — including branding, design, and underlying technology — remain our intellectual property.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all output before use in outreach campaigns. We do not guarantee any particular business outcome from using the service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lead Polish's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Termination

We may refuse service or terminate access at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
