Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to deliver the service:

  • Email address — provided with each order so we can send your results.
  • Uploaded file data — the CSV or Excel file you submit for processing (company names, roles, websites, and any optional context you include).
  • Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your credit card number.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to:

  • Process your uploaded file through our AI enrichment pipeline.
  • Deliver the enriched file to you via email.
  • Process payment through Stripe.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Retention

Uploaded files and enriched output files are stored for 7 days after processing to allow you to download your results. After 7 days, both files are permanently deleted from our servers. Your email address may be retained for support and transactional communication purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Lead Polish:

  • Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
  • OpenAI — AI content generation. Your lead data is sent to OpenAI's API for enrichment. OpenAI's API data usage policies apply.
  • Mailgun — email delivery. Your email address and download link are transmitted through Mailgun to deliver results.

5. Cookies

Lead Polish does not set first-party cookies. We use the Tailwind CSS CDN to style our pages, which may set minimal third-party cookies. We do not use analytics or tracking cookies.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
  • Request access to any personal data we hold about you.
  • Withdraw consent for future processing.

If you are located in the EU/EEA, you also have rights under the GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7. Security

We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. Files are stored securely and access is restricted to automated processing systems. Download links are signed and time-limited.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
