Lead Polish is an AI-powered lead enrichment service. You upload a spreadsheet of leads and we generate personalized openers, pain points, and outreach angles for each one. The result is a new spreadsheet you can plug straight into your cold-email workflow.

We accept CSV (.csv), Excel (.xlsx), and legacy Excel (.xls) files. You can download blank templates or example files from the upload section on the home page.

Your file must include company, role, and website columns. Optionally, you can add pain and value columns to provide per-row context instead of using the form-level defaults.

You receive your original spreadsheet with new columns added: a personalized opener, identified pain points relevant to the lead, and a suggested outreach angle. The enriched file is delivered via email with a secure download link.

Most files are processed within a few minutes. Larger files (closer to 1,000 rows) may take longer. You'll receive an email as soon as your enriched file is ready to download.

Each file costs $9, regardless of how many rows it contains (up to 1,000). Payment is handled securely through Stripe. You pay once per file — there are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

Yes. Your uploaded files are used solely for processing and are deleted after 7 days. We do not sell or share your data. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Currently files are limited to 1,000 rows. If you have a larger list, split it into multiple files. We're working on higher-volume options — stay tuned.

If something goes wrong with your file and we're unable to deliver results, we'll issue a full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase. See our Terms of Service for details.
